We have some items for sale on the web store, but we specialize in Custom Orders of Ball Markers, Repair Tools, and Bag Tags. Due to the amount of detail required in these orders, we prefer a personal touch to the ordering process. This minimizes headaches and makes sure that we are on the same page with your order. To place a custom order, reach out to us via one of the methods detailed below.


HOW TO GET IN TOUCH

The simplest way to reach out to us and get the ball rolling on your custom order is to email us. If you send an email to orders@pinecurtaincustoms.com we will respond to your email, answer any questions that you may have, and work with you to bring your custom pieces to life.

If you’re looking for an easier method of contact, we have included a “Contact” page on the website that will send a message directly to us. All you have to do is fill out the form (name, email, message) and it will send it to us via email. We will receive your message and get back to you to start a conversation on your order via the provided email address..


What does that order process look like?

  1. You reach out to us via one of the methods above

  2. We will respond and make sure we are clear on what you are ordering

  3. We will provide a mock-up of your design for you to sign off on

  4. We will send an invoice via PayPal (can use a credit card) or Venmo

  5. You pay the invoice

  6. We create your custom pieces and ship them to you with 2-3 day domestic US shipping and tracking (will ship Internationally)
